1994 ● Founded in Taichung, Taiwan, Terofox began its journey, focusing on precision machining.
1998 ● Terofox established its inaugural plant, dedicated to serving as an assembly facility specializing
in OEM parts machining, valve assembly, and testing.
2004 ● Terofox expanded its operations by inaugurating the Terofox China workshop
in Zhongshan,China, specializing in industrial products for the domestic market.
2011 ● Initiated the global branding of TEROFOX.
● Terofox Joint Venture in Tianjin, China, specializes in manufacturing API609 Concentric
Butterfly Valves.
● Achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification from DNV Business Assurance.
2012 ● Terofox Joint Venture in New Taipei City, Taiwan, specializes in manufacturing API609 High
Performance Butterfly Valves.
● Awarded the CE Certificate in compliance with PED 97/23/EC, Module B1+D, certified by
DNV Business Assurance.
2013 ● Gained approval from the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) for the supply of marine valves.
2014 ● Attained approval for API 607 6th Fire Safe compliance: Trunnion Ball Valves series.
2015 ● Attained approval for API 607 6th Fire Safe compliance: TF-11DFS series
● Attained approval for ISO15848-1 fugitive emission standard: EB-310DFE series
2016 ● Established Terofox's third plant in Wufen, Taichung, exclusively dedicated to the manufacturing
of sanitary and pharmaceutical valves.
● Attained approval for API 607 6th Fire Safe compliance: TF-20 series and BFV-8 series
& EB-321DFS
● Attained approval for for ISO15848-1 fugitive emission standard: TF-20 series and
BFV-8 series
2018 ● Granted approval for CE PED 2014/68/EU Module H and ISO 9001:2015
2019 ● Obtained approval for ATEX 2014/34/EU
2020 ● Attained approval for API 607 6th Fire Safe compliance: EB-221FS, TF-11DFS, ST-321DFS
● Attained approval for API 6FA &SIO 10497 Fire Safe Test: MS-24 (Metal seated ball

2021 ● Established the fourth plant in Wuri, Taichung, dedicated exclusively to the production of flange
ball valves.
● Successfully revalidated the CE certificate
● Secured IP67 Approval for Terofox Gearbox
● Received FM7400 Fire Safe certification for EB-321DFS
2022 ● Entered a collaboration with SLADE INTERNATIONAL INC., engaged in
the manufacturing, application, and sale of the SLADE packing series.
● Cathay Century has issued a Certificate of Insurance covering all Terofox products up to 1
million US Dollars.
